There is no service, we want dessert, they don't offer it, they offer another alternative, and they try to spend 130 TL for 2 teas and a soda between eyebrows, the waiter warns the boss that the bill is wrong.

This evening, we ordered two Kazandibi with pistachios from Trendyol, but they received plain Kazandibi. We called the 444 general number of Bolulu Hasan Usta and informed them that there were no product exchanges through Trendyol and that they would refund the money, so we ate the Kazandibis as normal. When Trendyol asked us for photos, we threw away the containers marked Kazandibi, but the place that sent them did not find them sufficient. So why should we lie about such a thing? See if you don't have a number of everything, then you'll know what you sent us. I don't understand what it's like to send the wrong order to a customer and then not accept it. Our mistake was to eat what we earned without taking any photos.

We bought ashure for 16 TL, but it wasn't fresh, it wasn't traditional Turkish ashure, they put something of their own, there were no chickpeas or beans, I didn't like it, I don't know what the other desserts are like, but there's no need for it to be expensive.
